The Impressions series is designed in accordance with the new pedagogical and curriculum structure proposed under the National Educational Policy [NEP] 2020. The pre-primary series caters to three foundational years of a learner's life comprising the grades Nursery, LKG and UKG.
The Impressions series follows a multi-pedagogical approach and is based on objectives listed in Early Childhood Care and Education [ECCE). In order to enable learners to cope-up and succeed in facing the challenges in real-life, the series incorporates 21st Century Skills, like critical thinking, collaboration, life skills, creativity, etc. The series comprises course books of three core subjects - Literacy, Numeracy, and General Awareness, and a Rhymes and Stories book, and an Art and Craft for each grade. In order to improve classroom engagement, an Application Book has been provided with each core subject in each grade.
The series comes equipped with integrated e-learning platform which aims to completely transform the classroom to suit the needs of learners as well as teachers.
