1. Returns for Physical Books

• You may return physical books within 2-3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Books must be returned in their original condition —unmarked, and undamaged.

• If the product is defective or incorrect, the company will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 -7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged book, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.
• We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges for physical books are subject to availability.
• Please contact us to request an exchange.
