It has been our long-standing desire to publish a Kannada “Writing and Practice” book for lower primary school children to write and practice Kannada language easily. That is why we have now published Part-1 to Part-3 of the “Kannada Janana vahini” series, respectively Nursery, L.K.G. and U.K.G. A colorful text book designed for the use of young children. In this book, Kannada letters have been introduced through various attractive paintings. Children are encouraged to say the letters and their names by writing their names below the pictures. An attempt has been made to instill kindness, compassion, love and interest in them in children by providing beautiful pictures of animals and birds. Fruits and vegetables that are unfamiliar to children are introduced here. The basic strategy here is to acquire knowledge through practice sections, activities and pictures that sharpen the intelligence of children. We believe that teachers, parents and young children will welcome this book with joy.
